Sushil Kumar Saha

S.K. Saha is a lawyer with more than 22 years of experience with extensive expertise in criminal and matrimonial disputes before various courts in Delhi/NCR including courts of Metropolitan Magistrate/ Civil Judge/Addl. Session Judge/Addl. District Judge/District Judge/ Family Courts/ Consumer Courts and High Court of Delhi. He has advised various clients on matters relating to criminal and family disputes and has secured favourable orders from various courts in diverse cases including matters pertaining to POCSO, NDPS and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Additionally, he has vast experience of working as Addl. Standing Govt. Counsel for Union of India from 2004 to 2012.
